They take great pride in their cars and everyone that has met us at the airport is kind and very courteous. I highly recommend them. très mauvaise expérience il y a deux ans, notamment avec une certaine Stéphanie. Très désagréable.Nous avons sentie le... désir d'arnaquer ls clients, et d'encaisser coûte que coûte une caution. Ca été e cas pour nous, pour une microscopique éraflure en dessous du par choc. Son collègue était d'ailleurs très mal à l'aise face au comportement de sa collègue. Bien sûr nous ne recommandons aucunement !read more

We’ve been coming to St Maarten for 30 years and always used Best Deals car rental. This past April we were unable to... reach them,so reading wonderful reviews about Next Level we decided to go with them. They were great picked us up at airport and brought us to car. We did our walk around and noted dings etc. when we returned back to the states our credit card was charged $300 for damages. We know that the people of the island have suffered due to the hurricane but this is a complete scam.read more

J'avais RDV à 15h30 devant l’aéroport Grand Case pour déposer la voiture. A 16h toujours personne, j'arrive péniblement... à joindre la personne qui m'informe d'un ton "je m'en foutisme" que je dois laisser la voiture ouverte au bord de la route, la clé dans la boite à gants et qu'elle passera récupérer la voiture plus tard !!! Aucune excuse, aucune explication, le tour de la voiture n'a pas été effectué et ma caution pas débloquée. Comportement intolérable, inqualifiable. Si je n'avais pas appelé j'attendrai toujours... Et à ce jour aucune réponse ou excuse de leur part !!read more

We've been using Next Level for approx. 8 years now and they are excellent. Never a problem, Vicky Bonalair who runs... the place goes above and beyond in terms of service and the prices are very reasonable. Just recently, this past October, Vicky met me at the airport to pick up our car and I realized that I had forgotten one of my bags at Mount Vernon...I started to panic a little. She very calmly said she could go and get it and return it to me at the airport (who does that?). I said, how about I go with you ...and off we went, picked up my bag and had enough time to catch my flight back home. I've never had a bad experience with this company, the cars are always new...simply amazing...wouldn't rent from anyone else!read more

J’ai louée une voiture pour 5 jours , impossible de la rouler elle n’accélère pas j’ai du rentrer en taxi Quand je... préviens NEXT LEVEL .. limite si ils s’en foutent Aucun geste ... aucun changement de véhicule ... car apparement pas de véhicule pourtant quand je vais sur leur site on me propose différent véhicule . Faut arrêter de prendre les gens pour des cons c’est super ce manque de professionnalisme. Je déposerai une plainte car l’argent à été encaissé j’ai n’est aucune satisfaction au retour .read more
